Turkey good sleep now.
My First of Three turkeys this T-day season came out well. Was stuffed with stuffing (note to self: toast the damn bread more.) and injected with my butter/spices/whiskey mix, and it came out pretty tender.
The cheezy mashed potatoes weren't up to points standards, but they were tasty. And everything else came out pretty well.
As usual cappyhead made the world's best bread. *grin* mmm mmmm. I left lots of turkey/stuffing/taters over at Sarah's, but the bread I recaptured. Sandwiches tomorrow. Sleep now.
