For when Gabe stops by...

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me, Ms. Annaliese Serena Trüble, of Sir’na, Isles of Kesaid, Earthspace Mor.

My time in the Nexus and with the Sages of Chaos has been… strange, to say the least. I originally came to the Nexus as a part of my real occupation as a representative for the Omnipresence, Corporation, under the branch of Fate. Apart from being a necromancer, I’m a seer. I watch those who need to be watched. Can’t say I was very good at it. I tried.

It’s been interesting to watch those I had a hand in their Strings of Fate grow in the short amount of time I was there. Adam, I watched you make your own Fate, and I couldn’t be more proud of you. Frosty, you found true love. The kind money can’t buy and the kind Shaw could never know. Hell, even Johnny Storm has a part in all of this.

The following are the accounts of how my property and my possessions shall be handed out. Some of you may not know I was watching, and find themselves on here. Others, you get rather large gifts. And some just get shit for grins and giggles.

In note, as I leave this plane of existence to enter that of the afterworld, I ask that people not tend to my memory in mourning. When I die, I believe people should celebrate. No one needs some annoying old hag cramping their style. So, if I’m going to have a ceremony… Please… Make it a big party. Dancing, cake, booze, and fireworks. No sad faces.

Adam Anthony Douglas, Jr. -The one I couldn’t kill. From the moment I first met you at the bar I knew I couldn’t do it. Not to such a pure man. It was his wish. You granted him this. You did nothing wrong. You were possibly my best friend in the Nexus. Lord knows the number of times you’ve saved my drunk ass from being blown to smithereens. And God can only count the number of times I’ve had to pull your butt out of the ditch. To you I give my mechanical bull, my sunglasses you like so much, and the security to know that your life is to be spent with Emma Grace Frost. My release of your bounty is my biggest gift to you, as there is nothing in the possessive world that could ever tell you how proud I am of you, and how much you meant to me. Your life is your own. And now you get to share it with Emma Frost.

Emma Grace Frost - Frosty. To many a nights I’ve snarked with you. And beauty beyond my own. To you, because money means little to you, I give you two things; my worry stone and my diamond gown. The worry stone is simple and very useful. Whenever your head feels jumbled or riddled with the unwanted, rub a thumb over the surface of the stone and your mind will clear. It’s only temporary but it can be used thousands of times. I love you, Emma. You will always be better than the White Queen.

The Baby - Yes, Emma. The baby. Your child with Adam will be safe-guarded from any manner of evil. No, that doesn’t mean it won’t get colds or not face the evils of the teenage life. Speaking of which, Emma, when he’s sixteen you’ll need to have that talk with him. The one about why when he looks in the mirror he no longer sees anything but his own shadow. Adam can have the other talk with him at fourteen when he’ll ask what you two were doing the night before in the living room.

Leanna Lynn Saint Germaine - Dear, sweet, and oh-so-Evil Leela. You get my military SPAZ shotgun, 4,000 dragons breath rounds, and 5,000 silver slugs. Have fun with my moving target. If you’ve ever seen my ex-husband in a pink tutu, you’d understand why it’s rather hard to hit instead of laughing at it. There are a few strings of memory in a file waiting for you. I am not sure if they are of your or from you, but they should help you regain a little, if not a lot. I love you, child. Please take good care of the group. The box is on your pillow.

Gabe and the Pard - Guys, I owe you more than my own life for all the things you’ve done for me. You let me tease and poke and play with you and not a moment of it was with ill thought. You weren’t just my friends. You were my family. Congrats, everyone. Together, you all own four hundred acres of uncharted wildlife in the world with the Estate. Caves, waterfalls, you name it. Have fun. There’s even a tree house up there for those of you who like sleeping indoors. Not that your losers need anymore wilderness, right?

Dante Krisov Delacroix - I know you still don’t understand why what happened happened. And I know you still have trouble adjusting to this new life. I chose to toss you into this new world. And there were so many betting against you. Yet, here you are. You’ve survived your world’s destruction to make a new one all by yourself. You found yourself a good pack that loves and respects you. You’ve found a sweet and very caring girl to adopt under your paw as a sister, to whom couldn’t be prouder that she has you in her life as a brother. You have friends that respect and admire you as a person and as a hunter. You may not see it, but this is the life you should have had. Something worth living. Something worth cherishing. These people love you. Dante, you are given Alexander Raine’s gift (only without his evil side-effects). Shift as you please. No bloodlust. Your own curse is now your gift to keep them safe.

Nathanial Grey - Funny finding you in here? You earned it. Helped me defeat Jack the first time. Used his own memories against him. And you have been a good friend. There’s a worry stone for you, too. I only wish there was more for you. Best of luck in life and love, kid. (I even put in a good word with Luck herself.)

X - The reploid with a heart of gold. You helped defeat my husband and even talked me out of drinking myself into a frenzy (again). I had a replica of your blaster reconfigured and waiting for you. Should any evil come to you or your friends… Blast them sky fucking high.

Thorn - Bet you didn’t think you’d be in here. How could you not be? You were the coolest librarian ever. And you were a very good friend. You cleaned even if I didn’t ask, and you always treated me like a person and not the nutcase I was. There’s a bank account I’ve made in your name. Every last penny I have is in that account, and because of my business more is on its way. You also get the Estate and most of what’s inside. Have Crumrin help you should you have trouble. I don’t care what you do with it; spend it, save it, or use it to buy the biggest batch of snack food you can get. It’s yours. All of it. Thank you, Thorn. Thank you for being not only a great friend, but one of the sweetest men I’ve ever known. And please don’t fret. It’s not your fault. It could never be your fault.

Jaydyn Whistler - Honestly, kid. I never thought I’d end up with you as my friend. But, I’m damn glad I did. You were there during one of my worst moments. And you were there during one of my best. You get my weapons. Even the black glowing sword in the back beneath the game room. The black sword is vorpal, so please do not touch the blade part. Just the hilt. There’s an envelope with the key to the weapons room in your pocket. Keep yourself and that beautiful wife of yours safe, kid. And thanks for all the smiles.

Johnny (and Tamarantha) Storm - To whom I snarked more than any other Sage. I never really knew your family or your wife, but I know enough from Mister Delacroix that you are, in fact, a really great man. You’re a hero, a friend, a father, and a man. There are a few things for the baby and you two young pups in the attic. A crib, some spellbooks I set aside, and a pair of tickets I wanted to use to go to Kyoto, Japan. They’re still valid. They’re yours.

Melinda - Doll-face. How about Heads of 3? He doesn’t eat much other than cattle, and loves to play fetch. And be safe. This world will be so much better with you in it. I love you, kid.

Kilroy James Hastings - You get my broken thread of Fate. Make something pretty with it, please? I don’t want that to go to waste.

Zhilbar - Congrats. You get the “h0r” t-shirt. It’s one size fits all, so you should fit it. … Scavenger.

Flintheart Glomgold and Scrooge McDuck - I never had the chance to make the extra adamantium golems, so your money has been refunded to the proper accounts to the very last penny. Thank you both for being such gentlemen and thinking of the children over your own wealth.

Adrian Tepes and the Transgressions Hotel -The remaining twenty-seven adamantium war golems are now yours. To activate them use the talisman in my desk. They’ll stop on command. Use them however you want. Decorations or just as bouncers. Just in case Rogers decides to come back. And because I remember doing a large chunk of property damage during my own little tussle with him. Thank you, Mr. Tepes, for the wartime experience.

Joe Black/Death - I cannot express to you how much that little interaction with my mother meant to me or the affection you have given me. I hadn’t heard that voice in over six hundred years. I’ve pleaded for so long to hear her. Even for just a moment. And you were so sweet to do that. You were a wonderful friend, and a very sweet man. Please take good care of my soul. I honestly can’t remember the last time I had it. But I’m sure you can keep it safer than I did. You never know who might need it…

Akane Vanya - Sweetie, you were the only child I ever liked in the Nexus, and probably one of the only in my life I ever enjoyed hugging. You were always sweet, and you always had a cookie or two to spare for this crazy old witch. Sweetheart, you get Cthulhu and all that he implies. Norman deserves a good friend like him. Be good, kiddo.

Courtney Crumrin - How would you feel about getting my entire library? Your talent to summon an imp at your age has inspired me to seek hope in your abilities to be all that you will yourself to be. Also, I know he’s not really mine, but please take good care of Thorn. Feed him well, though I’m fairly certain the mogs will take care of that. You’re a great kid. Don’t ever let anyone tell you that you have no talent.

Waffle-God - I know. You already have everything. I just wanted you to get my last hug. And to let you know that I do believe. I always have. From the time I was tried on Kesaid, to the even the day my kingdom fell in Gaia. I always knew you were there. And thank you for listening.

Ramon Salazar - Mon Cher Salazar. Oh, my sweet boy. How many a night I stayed up just to think of you and to be with you. As a member of the undead community I respected you more than I did the humans that stood about me. And towards the end, before it all came crashing inward, I found myself falling hard for you. The way you smiled to the way you blushed and stammered. I love you, Ramon. I can’t give you the freedom from Lord Saddler that I wanted to give you, or for the Hands to really see you as something other than a person to serve under. If you would have the heart of a stupid and flirty old summoner, I would be very happy. I’d like you to have the painting of use that is in the Living room. You can have the couch from it, too. It was perfectly wide enough to hold you and I. There isn’t enough in the world to express how much I adore and love you, Ramon.

Captain Steve Rogers - Fuck you. I still hate you. I hope you die.

Master Vex - Sorry. You were amusing.

Alexander Price Raine - You were the worst Sorrin Knight I’d ever seen. And for that you saved my life so many times in Kesaid. You broke more rules just to make sure I was alright, even if you played it off as being a snob. You make a better rival. Please don’t go down this path. For John’s sake. He’d be pained to see you tossing around your gift like you are. You can have your Sorrin ring back, as I am no longer alive to watch over.

Murdoc Nicalls - The couch has been taken care of.

Sagetards - RX is yours now. Officially. He has spare parts in the closet just in case. Thanks for the fun times and the free booze.

RX 1.0 - I overheard you were looking for a central nervous system. If you can ask one of the Sages to install it, there is one in the closet in the Basement. The program disk is attached to it so understanding why you feel those things will be understandable. And anytime you want to watch those videos of old Sifle and Ollie episodes, you can. Closet.

And lastly, to Torrid, my Creator. Lady, I’ve haunted your mind from dawn ‘til dusk and then some for the past fifteen years. I’ll probably never leave you entirely when you actually choose to get rid of me. You are my Goddess and my pain for those long years. I give you peace. Peace in mind to know that, no, you’re not really crazy… And that yes, you do have a talent in being a pain in the ass. I’ll always be your Gremlin. I’ll always be your puppet. And I’ll always be your muse. I love you. Take care of yourself and those you love.

To Everyone : There is such thing as Fate. And yes, Fate is set in stone. However, with the right tools and the proper inspiration, that stone can be reshaped. We may have made the material of the stone and the ease of which it can be carved, by YOU decide what it looks like.
