Destruction into progress
I posted Earlier that we bought our neighbors house after his Drug Induced, Alcoholic Death. This place was just NASTY, This guy even used his bath tub to let his cats use as a litter box.
The estate went into his aunts hands for a few months and we made a LOW offer on the place knowing it would need a LOT of work.
We eventually got the house and have been remodeling it for Rental property.
today i will show you the Gutted out bathroom during the demolition
tomorrow I will show you the kitchen and then I will show you the final remodel.
