Days Four, Five, and the Weekend So Far

Well, the first week of Gregaissance was a modest success, but a success all the same.  Wednesday evening I got new shoes--the exact same brand and color and model as the last pair (red converses).  These ones are new, redder, shinier, and fit better than their predecessors.  Thursday I slept till noon--bad--but I still biked and ran and jumped and showered.  So, it was a good day.  And that night Vlad, me, and Vlad's brother Bronco went to Natura (Cafe) and Bronco played songs he didn't know the lyrics to.  It rocked.  Friday was full and exciting.  I did my exercise thing in the morning, went to class(es), learned from a classmate who works at LA Fitness a better way to lose weight (See: Gregaissance--Week Two), went to lunch with Bri, where she got a job at Johnny Rocket's (sweeeet place), went to another class, then Phil from Queens came with me back to CVI for food.  Phil's a cool guy from my math class.  He also came along with me and Bri on Caitlin and Steve's 'date.'  We went to Johnny Rockets, then to Boardwalk Bowl (though without Phil, he got a tummy ache).  Steve won bowling under the alias of Super Beast, followed by Captain Awesome (me), Rupert (Bri), and Stinky McJones (Caitlin).  Done with bowling, Bri dropped from the party, and me, Caitlin, and Steve went to Waterford, where we were soon met by Erik, coming down from Gainesville.  We got ice cream, hung at Super Target, then got ice cream again.  The end of the evening found Erik, Steve, Phil (feeling better by this time), and myself with a...unique group of individuals playing manhunt on campus as part of Midnight Madness.  When Phil realized he couldn't hide in the sewer and a cop disciplined Erik, we decided it was time to call it a night.
Today (Saturday), was also interesting.  I had Panera Bread Orientation (Breaducation) at Altamonte Springs.  It was organized by the most flamboyantly homosexual person I'd ever encountered.  With clips of interviews where people went on about how bread reminds them of their childhood and grandma, etc. etc., it was all I could do to keep from laughing.  From there, I took a trip to Daytona to visit my friend Andie.  It was a very, very good day.  Back in Orlando, me, Phil, and Steve watched some television on Steve's big screen, before I came back here to write this, get in a fight with Vlad, and go to sleep for church tomorrow.  It's been a crazy/productive week, tonight's ending on a sad/mad note, but I have high hopes for the weeks to come.  Wish me luck.
