The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up by
Marie KondoMy rating:
4 of 5 stars Her plan for tidying up sounds pretty harsh (it involves getting rid of a ton of stuff) but reasonable. I could see doing this some day, but it seems so overwhelming! Also, then the book starts talking about how you should say "thank you" to your clothes and items that you use, and how tidying might increase your good fortune. It got a little weird for me.
Still, even if I don't go whole hog into the KonMari method, it has inspired me to be more picky about what stuff I keep. Even if that does kinda go against the central thesis of the book, which is that you need to do everything at once!
