Today was the first day of my workout regiment. Several of us at work will probably be joining DAC out here in Collierville. Its a real nice club. We're doing a 2 week trial at the moment. Today we ran for about 10 minutes then lifted weights targeting all of our "push" muscle groups. Tomorrow is our "pull" muscle groups, but I just found out before lunch that I have to leave at 6am in the morning to drive to Birmingham for the day with Lou, one of my bosses. So I'm already going to miss a day of working out which SUCKS! But hopefully the other guys will go and stick to the schedule.

For lunch, I had a 6" Turkey from subway on wheat with lettuce, tomato, fat-free honey mustard and no cheese. Only 4.5 grams of fat and 310 calories. The good thing about working out is that it really makes you not want to eat.
