So I can die a happy man now....
I witnessed my New York Yankees live and in person for the first time, and they did not disappoint me, thumping the Cleveland Indians 11-3 at Jacobs Field. Melky Cabrera hit his first career grand slam and Mike Mussina became the first pitcher in American League history to win 10 games for 15 straight years...I saw all that tonight. And in two years I will see them in their pinstripes in the last season in Yankee Stadium as a graduation present to myself. LET'S GO YANKEES!
