frankly, htey are not for a simple cook like me. they are mostly ambitious. this one is okay for me too.

but most of us don't have the capacities you do.

which does not prevent me from enjoying your recipes, which are always original, never derivative.

english is so much easier for me though.

exactly - some are easy, others too sophisticated or professional for me.

but i have to say uised maybe ? 10-15 of yours at least. with moderate to great success of the final product.
