So according to J Wood, I got a job at Best Buy. He said that was the best interview that the interviewer guy has had in a long time. I just have to get past an easy interview with the hiring manager (to prove I won't steal shit) and one with the GM (so she can get to know me before I get hired). SWEET. That's especially sweet because I'm about $600 in the hole with my parents. SWEET.
On another note, school is good. I'm taking 9 classes (all music except for my strength training class). I'm at school from early (8:30 or 9:30, depending on the day) until 5 (1 on Fridays). So yeah, I'm pretty busy with school.
I'm going to start a band. This is something I've wanted to do since middle school but have never gotten around to it. We're going to be called Led Zeppelin. If that's not already taken. Our sound will be heavier than a zeppelin full of lead.
But seriously we're going to be a kickass band. We're gonna play a variety of stuff. I'd love to do Jack Johnson-type stuff, as well as funk rock (like old school Incubus and Chili's). Take that, add a shitload of blues, as well as a touch of John Mayer, and you have my band in the near future. Yeah, we'll kick ass.
p.s. I'm not infuriated. That's the word that would be before Inspired, but inspired isn't on the list.
