(no subject)
well school starts in about a week and a half. I'm going to wayne for those of you who don't know. Anyways, once school starts I'm sure I'll be using this thing a lot more.
So my lips are almost where they should be. I changed my embouchre at the beginning of summer, but I'm playing strong now.
This summer I've been working a lot (at antonio's). When I started last fall, I was a dishwasher. Then I got promoted to bus boy in the winter, host in the spring, bartender in the early summer, and now I serve and bartend. It's pretty sweet, I don't like serving so much, but I make at least $70 a night. I've also been giving trumpet lessons while Mr Remy's been on vacation (small world, I know). So that's been keeping my income pretty constant.
I've also been hanging out with friends. It's been awesome. I've spent a good amount of time with molly. It's been awesome, but I miss my techie friends (and pickle).
My schedule this fall consists of theory I, piano skills I, ear training I, general lectures and concerts, concert band, and jazz band; I also enrolled into calc II, because I decided I'd minor in that. It's a good fallback plan in case I can't get a job with music (especially considering that's my strong subject; 5 on AP test! chyeaah boii).
