that wasn't whiny. that was ranting. totally acceptable and necessary ranting in fact. *pat pat* better to get that out of your system than to bottle it up and explode at some unsuspecting pedestrian later.

I actually do know how you feel. I've done this already. being forced into a house with 3 other people when it used to be just dad and me was an adjustment. hell it's STILL an adjustment. believe me I KNOW. everything's different, they have different routines and traditions and stuff.

I know what you mean about George. my cats did some of that. I understand the attachment and the desire for a good home for him. I'll see what I can do as far as finding him somewhere to be/convincing my stepmother to let me take him. you are absolutely allowed to come live with me. in fact, you could probably bring george with you if you moved in here. I'll talk to the 'rents and see what can be done.

as for the stinkbugs? welcome to my world. get some duct tape, some duco cement, and some raid flying insect killer stuff. either wrap them in duct tape, glue them to duct tape/cardboard with the duco cement, or spray every inch of the room THOROUGHLY with the raid stuff.

I won't ask you how you are, I won't ask if you're okay, I won't tell you anything you don't want to hear. I'm concerned for you and I care about you but you don't have to thank me for it. that's like thanking me for breathing, like I'd stop if you didn't tell me you appreciated it. *huggles* you don't have to do anything you don't want to. that includes responding to this message.

hmmmm... you mean use cement to glue duct tape to cardboard and use it as a trap? That sounds good! I stuck some masking tape to the walls and window, but I kind of doubt that is working. I'll have to try that stuff out though.

no, I mean trapping the thing on the duct tape by sticking it to them or waiting for them to crawl on the cardboard and then coating them in duco cement. they die and are one solid mass of hardened, shriveled, glue/bug.

masking tape doesn't do jack shit unless you actively go after them with it. it's not sticky enough without an outside force.

Wow, that's absolutely DISGUSTING! I just trap them in a cup and flush them down the toilet.

disgusting. but effective. *evil grin* how else did you think I managed to massacre 79 of them in one day?
