Hot...Hot...Hot
Ok, have I mentioned it's hot?
I'm sitting in the house where it's relatively cool right now. The A/C has been cranked for the last four days, and I'm getting worried about the impending electricity bill.
It's 7:15 in the morning and it's already 80 degrees and muggy outside. I moved my truck out of the way so Kevin could get his out, and just going to the driveway and back, I broke a sweat.
I hate to sweat.
On the plus side, I have AC in both my house and my truck, so I'm luckier than a lot of people.
We bought the kids a slip and slide yesterday. Now, this thing is CLEARLY marked that it is NOT for adults... does that stop us?
Of course not.
I pushed #2 son down the hill ( Oh yeah did I mention we set it up on a hill?), and gave him such a forceful shove that I ended up following him all the way down the dang hill, and I've gotta tell ya... It was really fun LOL
So I did it a few more times, I was the coolest adult in the yard!
I did a major update to my webpage, changed the format and colors, I'm trying to make it more appealing, but I really need some new banners.
Of course, being cheap, I don't actually want to pay for them lol
