You know I don’t understand why people think they deserve things if they aren't the first or last person to come or leave work. What makes you so special if you aren’t a “go to” person when a problem arises? I remember hustling making just 35k( which is/was more than my mom made/makes)driving back and forth an hour each day, being a called hired help to top it off. Now that was just there for me to grow strong and help others who are struggling. You got to do things for the sake of getting things done. Excuses will never get you promoted or a bigger paycheck, your accomplishments will.
