I've decided to start posting in this journal again. Primarily to post the honest counts of myfitnesspal, and hold myself accountable for those numbers, but also to stay more active with this account and in my communities.
Two days ago I was 124, now suddenly I step on the scale today and see 127. I keep saying I'm doing a raw food detox diet but I keep cheating because of the family gatherings and events I've had all week/weekend. That means things like barbeque and family lasagna that I can't get out of eating.
The weekend is over. I'm pledging a week of my semi raw food detox NOW. With working and exams this week I will be in control of my schedule. So the plan is raw fruits and veggies with a bit of 0% fat greek yogurt or plain hummus (for protein).
I hope my recent 2lb gain comes mostly from still having the food in my system (sorry if TMI) and from spotting despite being on the pill -- the bloating typically still comes with it. I hope that in a day or two of this detox I'll see 124 again, because it seems nearly impossible to truly gain 2 lbs in two days.
I'll post my daily total from myfitnesspal tonight.
