Almost ready to go back
We had one last shindig tonight, a rowsing trip to Denny's. I can't count the number of times I've been there this summer. In attendence were me, McCormick, Sarah, Spiker, Chunk, Sammie and the infamous Pish who I had heard of but never met. We ate (I had amazing chocolate cake and yummy biscuits...weird mix, neh?) and laughed, Chunk pwned me *sob* but I watched Sarah conquer him with the puppydog face. Take that, sucka! It was kinda strange, knowing that I'm not gonna see most of these kids until I come home for xmas. I've seen a lot of them 2-3 times a week, if not more. And I'm gonna really miss my boy.
After Denny's I went to Sarah's to see the impossibly cute and outrageously fat cat of hers. Zipper is adorable. We watched "A Love Song for Bobby Long" which is one of (in my opinion) Travolta's best movies. If you haven't seen it, see it. It's very very real and quite true to life. Alcohol abuse, child abandonment, and how love can beat both. SUCH a good movie. And the southern accents? Guhhhhh...*melts*
