(no subject)
i got an email from a band's label asking to use some of my pics on the label site..so on a whim i looked at the bands site and yeah...i found yet ANOTHER band who used my pics in the LAYOUT of their Web site and did they ask me first? NO. seriously i don't mind but I would appreciate it if you ask me first instead of assuming it is fine. Greenwheel launched a new site....2 of my pics r in that layout as well. They didn't ask but i assumed they were gonna use some anyways because yeah...its greenwheel...i think i would have been offended if they didnt use any! ugh. sometimes i just don't know if i should persue this band photography thing anymore...everyone loves my work but do i get compensated or asked to use my stuff? ...most of the time no. (sorry i am ranting...) JUST ASK thats all i ask...pretend u care about my rights as a photographer. please?
