new diet, according to my nutri sci class

Our class made us buy a "My Diet Analysis" program to help calculate our dietary needs and what we're actually eating, so on.  So, given that I am a female, almost 19, 5' 3", 123 lbs, with a weight loss goal of 1 lb per week, I should be eating 1497 calories.

That's um....very little.

So far, today, I have eaten:
2 small apples
2 tangerines
1 pb and j sandwich, whole grain bread, about 2 tb of jelly and pb
1 square of dark chocolate

= ~550 calories.

...my fiber's doing pretty well.  Mostly insoluble fiber, which means I can poop easily.  I get to eat like...maybe a piece of chicken and a little bit of salad dressing before my fat is maxed out.

Man.  Healthy diets are hard.
