bk baby
i can't sleep, so i will tell you all about my day at sunset junction. it was awsome. pretty much. the air smelled of terriyaki bowls, funnel cake, pot, incence, sweat, and various other things, which i will not go into.it was explosive though.
we saw har mar superstar first, and i regret not getting a picture while he still had the vest on. i think he danced around with a dollar tucked into his pants for half the set. then ima robot came on. they were pretty good. i got a few pictures of them. ex girl friends, black jettas! haha.
it took so damn long for ben kweller to play because all the stuff was broken. for his entire set i was standing behind this kinda cute guy that had craig nicholls hair and smelled like juicy fruit. bk was amazing, as usual. kimya dawson came out and performed sha sha with him! no hospital bed, though. i used up the rest of my camera on bk, so i am now officially in possession of the coolest roll of film on earth.
oh, amy, it really wasn't the same without you. i am certainly dragging you there next year so we can get you a utility kilt and some funnel cake. if it helps any, everyone from the ages of 14 to 20 looked like jake the chicken or his friends.
