We finally finished the garden. One of the reasons I didn't make it to War Practice. I do plan to make sure these two scheduled things don't clash next year.
Here are the two raised beds. I had to stair step the second one due to lack of planning. The crazy things on the right are the garlic we planted last fall. We will be putting stones down in all the walkways to help reduce the weeds that grow. I really do hate weeding the garden.
Here's Bev after she got done putting the last plant in the ground. I think she looks happy...
Next year, I build the final raised bed for the herb garden. Yea!!!
Even though I am now outside the city and there isn't a decent Thai restaurant anywhere in sight, being able to step out on the back porch and read as the sun goes down is making it a little better.
