last night, as we were cooking deliriously into the night all the clams that we dug up,
I turned around to find the garlic cut just how I wanted them: Small, diced chunks on a bias,
so as to absorb the clam flavors but still retain their shape after steaming.

Me: That's perfect!

Him: Oh thank you. I'm very particular about how garlic is cut for certain meals.
