The gas mystery is over... apparently the account never got switched, so we've been using gas "as a courtesy." Lovely communication Mr. Gas Company. And I don't like the idea of my heat being gas. So they said they're coming Monday from 12-4, and when I agreed I forgot it is my birthday that day, and I don't especially want to stick around... but I dunno if someone else will be here, and I am not sure if people are gonna get irritated if I postpone the gas hookup. I don't get how they can turn it off from elsewhere, but have to come here to turn it back on... well it figures. But it seems like they could have sent a letter before turning it off.
