Woooo...back to school yo
Howdy all...Friday was interesting. I got up and went to lunch with Kim(my old boss), Kathy(Oldham County Chamber lady), and my mom. We went to Twice Told out in Oldham County which is a really good place...btw. Then in walks an old Boy Scout leader that I was good friends with. He is this dirty old man that smokes like a train and is freakin hilarious. So we sat around and yucked it up about the good ol times and what we had been up to. Was really good to see him. Then my mom and I headed around town doing some odd ends here and there. Then my sister called me and asked if I wanted to go shopping for mom for her b-day. We went to the mall and I got her some really neat jewelry and Jen got her clothes to match. Then we headed to Fridays to meet up with Lauren and have dinner with her. It was really nice to see her again. After that we made our usual coffee run while my sister went ans stopped by a friends house because it was his b-day even though she was grounded and if the parentals found out...they would skin her alive. Made my way home and went to bed after that. Saturday I woke up and was supposed to go to Lyn's Paradise with Manda and David but she never called me so I went to lunch with Crista whom I haven't seen in a while. We talked about what the two of us had been up to and then I made my way back home. After that my parents and sister and I went to Red Lobster for dinner and watched the Louisville Cardinals skate home with a close victory...sweet. Then I came home and crashed after working on some homework. Sunday...got up about 10, homework and then packed. I called my grandma to wish her a happy easter and Steph called me. And then she called me again. I was like...chill your beans I'll call ya. So I call her back and she was talking to her cousin about me and his favorite drink is Vodka and Code Red Mountain Dew. Mine is Diet Mountain Dew and Vodka so she thought that was so funny. So shes like here talk to him. I was like...ummm...ok. So he and I talked on the phone for like 15 minutes about a little bit of everything. I told him what my favorite drink was and he was like...ooo I guess I'll have to stock up on that. I was like...ummm ok. Then I asked how his easter was going and he said that it was great now that he was talking to me. What a charmer. So anyways...I get off the phone with him and get Liz and we chill at my house. Then about 2 I get a call from Steph and she's like...hey my cousin is coming over to meet you. I was like WTF!!!! So I met the kid. We had an odd conversation...kind of weird with the whole family, Andrew, and Liz being all around us. Then I went to shake his hand and say nice to meet you and he pulled me in and gave me this huge hug. I was like ummm ok. So...pretty much what it comes down to...I'm not doing a damn thing. He's a nice looking guy and seems nice but if it happens then it happens and if it doesn't then it doesn't....I'm not going to fret. Then came back to Murray...30 minute Ed Board...sweet and then I've been hanging out around here. Have interviews tomorrow at the paper....hopefully I'll get my job back again for Photo Editor and all that jazz. Have a great week and talk at you all lata.
