[Here's a New Feather who has already made it into town, claimed his belongings, and is walking through the streets like he'd always been here. He's taking his time to refamiliarize himself with the village. Some parts have changed, especially the addition of a new dome, but its otherwise mostly how he remembers it. It wasn't deliberate. There's kind of a long story there, and Diana knows more about it than I do, since she was there. Basically there was another draft, people were called to protect an underwater base, and they succeeded, but there was enough damage done to flood the desert area.
