[After his meeting with Kefka, John is now on some follow up business to do some investigation. His first order of business will be checking out the Straw Hat house, House 46. [He's actually a little glad that you want to talk about his fight with Kefka more than Yuber.] Well, for me it started when I was planning to meet up with my friends Nami and Sanji. Kefka had been stalking them for awhile and I had gotten some of his background information I wanted to share with them. But then I found out that Kefka had taunted Sanji into kicking him, which Kefka used to try to get people to turn against them. Except it backfired. Kefka was known to use the power of illusion magic so most people assumed he wasn’t as hurt as he was letting on and came to the square to back Sanji and Nami up.

He was. Kefka has made many enemies. He had killed a woman here from his world not too long before the fight. Many were there because of that and I can't blame them from wanting to stop him from hurting others and without so many people there I'm not sure if Kefka would have been stopped. He has very powerful magic. He was able to have chunks of ice rain down from the sky as well as many other attacks. A few days ago he actually shot lightening at me. I don’t think he was actually aiming to hit me, but it’s not something I’ll take lightly.

I came to Luceti after the murder - but I have become friends with the woman he murdered, Terra.

Terra told me that he disguised himself to look like one of her friends. When she let her guard down that's when he struck and killed her - then trying to pin the murder on her friend while trying to act like he had tried to stop the murder.
