Busy Weekend
I havent updated for the weekend yet so now I will update.
Friday was the only day I had time for anything but of course being in the strictest guard in the world, he made another practice on Friday. It wasnt that bad on account of not getting yelled at much.
Saturday we got up real early, had a big big practice and the drumline got to watch us. Then we did tons of run throughs because parents had to open their mouths and suggest one more. We were off to Montrose with Kayleigh in the car. It looks like BIG BIRD threw up! When we got to Montrose we got all dressed up and make up and good stuff like that, and then we ready to go on. I had a terrible warm up and was SOOO nervous for the big toss at the end. Then we performed! It was pretty good! I only dropped Krystas little sabre toss but recovered fast. THe big toss was dominated! We got the scores and we jumped 10 points and were in fourth place out of ten. not bad! Came home dead tired at 1 in the morning after a big fun dinner! That was the best.
Sunday had to get up real early again for the dance competition. Got there did tap which was ok, did our jazz which I didnt do too good at, and then Sing Sing Sing production which I did good at! Then we waited a really long time went out to dinner and came back performed and watied forever for the scoring. We ended up getting a Gold on our tap, a High Silver on jazz, and A 1-point away from Gold on Singx3. Not bad. Could be better. Got home around nine.
I am so excited for winterguard to be done. Im sick of it.
