So I may very well be the last person on the planet to figure this out, but I'm sure the finale of Friends will have Ross quitting his job to go to Paris and be with Rachel. The kicker, of course, being Rachel will have quit her job to go back to New York and be with Ross. The final shot: split screen of Ross in one airplane, Rachel in another. Fade to black.
