Thanks for the book ideas ladies =) It was nice of you to respond! I have been reading LJ but not writing anything for awhile. It's fun to see what everybody's up to.
I saw Transformer's on the IMAX on Friday- it was awesome and I didn't even know anything about 'em. I'm reading Smart Women Finish Rich- not necessarily my favorite book but it's cool to get good ideas on what I can do with money after I'm done paying back all the creditors for my stupid decisions this year. I've learned good lessons. Banks lie. Boyfriends lie. Best friends do too, sometimes. I gotta stop being so dang gullible and get real.
Like Anne said though, I also can't be too hard on myself or I'll go crazy.
I still have two chevy trucks and I can't really afford either of 'em. I found out the loan I thought I had for my truck was actually approved as a credit line which means it'll take me like 50 years to pay it off at the rate I've been going. So I need to get on that right quick.
Other than money and boy issues, which are starting to work out I think, I've gotten another new position at my company and I have an interview with Enterprise Rent-a-Car tomorrow. Not my normal, but that's what I'm going for. Something that actually pays me what I'm worth would be amazing. I'd be in a management training program and it'd be awesome on my resume no matter what happens. I know I'm good at making goals and surpassing them, so I'm thinking I could learn a lot and make money at the same time. Money to pay off my bills.
Yeah. Rosie's bday was fun, I know Jessi's is right around here somewhere. Happy Bday Jessi! Then it'll be Moose's... Nick's... other peoples probably =) Mine after Turkey Day.
I love this time of year. Yeay. I went to Apple Hill with the family and the scenery on the way was beautiful. I bought Dutch Apple Crunch Pie. YUM.
I've gone to a church in Rocklin 3 times now, which is more than I've been since high school. I really enjoy the sermon and the attitude of the congregation. It's peaceful.
Anyway, gotta set the table so I can eat with my family. Hope all's well!
