Mr. Mind strikes [Locked to Superman]
Jessica had left Earth some time ago. She had settled quite a few things so that while she was gone she wouldn't have to worry about work. Nor would she have to worry about taxes or anything else that would crop up while she was traveling to seek out the alien archeologists who had triggered that device almost two years ago.
She was almost there when she had to take a break. Even with all of the power she had she still had a few weaknesses. Like getting extremely bored traveling alone in space for a long time. That had been a mistake. She should have kept going. But she couldn't have expected to be attacked by an alien. The fight was short and she lost. He had figured out her weakness before she could beat him and she became his prisoner. More than that. He was using both her body and powers. It was terrible to sit back in her own mind while he used her powers.
It was worse when she knew he had taken them to another reality. She tried figuring out just where they were but at every turn she failed. He was keeping it from her. When they got to that reality's Earth she was puzzled. Things seemed cleaner and lighter. But it wouldn't be that way for long. She dreaded what was to come as Mr. Mind set to work. Carefully constructing a base of operations. Yet there was hope. She whooped with glee when she realized the lanbs Mr. Mind planned on stealing from were in Metropolis.

Jess couldn't help but smirk. Eventually someone would notice them. After all a flying green woman with a bubble like shield surrounding herself was rather noticeable. Oh she'd escape him somehow. First thing though would be waiting for some hero to notice this. After all Mr Mind was about to rob a laboratory. This would be good.
