time heals all
after this weekend, i really feel like myself again. i'm happy again.
one of my best friends, colleen, was in town for the weekend. i got the one-on-one time i really needed from her, since i didn't get to see her over winter break. friday night we did all of our favorite things together, and the good feeling have lasted all week. on saturday, i ran a couple errands and then scott came over for sushi dinner and HBO. we got to sleep in late, watch the beginning of lacrosse season on tv, and then we parted ways so i could go to an ecowomen brunch in dc.
i booked a trip to indiana to see my brother for sigma chi mother's day weekend. mom and i got a really cute room at a bed & breakfast in town. they have a purple antique tea room! i'm also planning a trip down to eckerd for kappa karnival in may! i had sooo much fun last year, that i'm going and meeting up with my old roommates lowry and chelsea. pam is driving over, and i might get scott to come with me. this summer i'm dying to go to hog island, but i'm not sure if it's in the cards. the puffin project hasn't gotten back to me on volunteering, and the orinthology camp is already booked with a full wait-list. i don't know if i'm going on vacation anywhere else this summer yet, but i would really love to visit maine. its really overdue.
