Procrastinate, procrastinate, procrastinate. I suck at getting things done, even when I WANT to work on them. Why is that? Where does this lethargy come from? Argh.
Watched From Within today....It was interesting, and rather sad. The scary parts were more from the religion bits than the people getting killed. Thomas Dekker is a very soulful looking young man.
Also, I've been watching the 1975 mini-series of Robin Hood, which isn't half bad.

The actor who plays Robin (Martin Potter) sounds like Laurence Olivier, and is appropriately snarky and clever. There's quite a bit of subtext too, proving that RoS wasn't the first. (And the BBC version proves it won't be the last. The slash just keeps on growing.) Richard kinda likes Robin. The Sheriff and Prince John seem kinda cozy. So far, this is the only version of Robin Hood that I haven't been instantly drawn to Gisborne. (Okay, now that I think about it, I can't remember whether or not there even was a GoG in Robin and Marion. Hmmm. And there wasn't one in the version with Patrick Bergin and Uma Thurman. There was a Baron Somebody, if I recall correctly, which is not the same thing at all.
I have to say, I AM excited about Robin Hood season 3 starting up again this Saturday. If only for Gisbourne, and Toby Stephens as Prince John...and the hope that it'll be darker and more serious due to the events of last season's finale. On the other hand, as Ann warned me, there could just a lot of emo outlaws crying in the forest. I suppose we shall have to wait and see.
