(no subject)
two new books. too bad i can't remember who wrote the first one, it's called 'tommy's story'... apparently it's real good.
also, i got the david sedaris book 'me talk pretty one day' and i'm really excited to read it.
i wish that i hadn't left it at home...
ready. set. go. i want to go home...
this morning i got 6 calls between the hours of 6 and 8AM.... and i still managed to oversleep until 9:48. too bad i needed to leave at 10:10 in order to get to work on time...
i managed though.
and now i'm sitting here. my hair is a mess because it hasn't been washed today- and i smell like two days worth of chain smoking... but i have a big smile on my face.
bigger than ever, really...
i could have killed joey for calling me at 6am. for directions. and again at 7:15.... and again at 7:30, i think. glad to be of assistance, no matter how sleepy and groggy i sounded.
why is it that when people call and wake me up, i always say "no... i'm not asleep. i just woke up about 10 minutes ago, actually" when i know that i didn't wake up. for some reason i want to believe it, and i do.
