OK yes I am such a big dork yes yes I did it I gave myself a big poke in the eye last thursday while I was brushing my hair- and scratched my cornia- lemmie just say how painful - its like getting sand in your eye permantly and nothing can make the pain go away but time- so yes i had to go to the dr. who sent me to the hospital- the eye dr there said all he could do was clean it out give me some drops and put a contact lens in it to minumise the pain then i just needed to wait by Sunday the pain wasnt sobad and i got some sleep today I went back to the drs. - its healing but i did a number on it and must go back 3 more times ugh - and i gotta wear this lens for a month or so- anyway - kinda a bummer - but on the bright side it gives me a good reason to wear my sunglasses at night- and I look like the unibomber so I have a halloween costume- but alas they dont celebrate here which is ok - kinda sad but ok-
