TeeVee Night is my Favorite Night
I get so excited on Thursday nights. Man. The pleasure has been so short. One more week, and then another four months until I can get excited again...
Well. The Office.
My first impression of tonight's episode was that, kind of like last week's, it wasn't particularly funny. There were a a lot of incidental details in there that seemed more like exposition than anything else. Still, I guess there's something to be said for moving the story along. I still think they've had the tendency to let scenes go on a bit too long lately, though.
For instance, last week, the talking head of Michael's in his office about comedy people (with Rodney Dangerfield, morphing into everyone and their brother) went on way too long. That should have been cut. Then today, with Pam in her art classroom -- looking to see if her art was on the wall, and it wasn't? Well, that was kind of pointless, IMO.
The best part of tonight's episode was the cute hot kiss between Jim and Pam. As soon as I saw Michael, I thought, "OK... this is going to get creepy." And it totally DID! Yea, Michael for the win there.
Anyway, Wes is about to watch Entourage without me -- so I HAVE TO GO NOW. I hate him. (But I love him because he loves the show now, too. HAHAHAHA. I WIN FOREVER.)
