Stuff I Like Right Now
1.) The fact that I am getting an HD-DVR NEXT WEEK! Not only does it record in lovely HD (50 hours HD, 200 hours regular recording), but, I can record two shows at once! Whoo! No more deciding which show is more important. (Not that I had that problem before, but maybe I will now.) I also got it $100 off by calling DirecTV and ordering it directly from them. Nice.
2.) The fact that I'm not the only asshole excited about the Office. This interview they posted is really cute, but Kristen drives me. She's really annoying. Why does John like her so much? Gah. Not that I wouldn't be just as or MORE annoying if I had her job, because - hello, I'd get to talk to hotties all the time. Of course I'd be annoying. Just sayin'.
3.) That today's Wordsmith is Jolly Roger. How great is that? ARRRR.

4.) I worked on the 3rd part of my Big Brother series today. I felt really inspired and I think it's pretty funny so far. I hope. I'd like to finish it before Thursday, but I don't know if that will happen. Maybe if I write a lot tomorrow today.
5.) It's hump day! I just like saying that.
6.) That the supposed "spoiler" realized in the NYT (that I never read) might not actually be a spoiler after all, according to Jenna's MySpace. Hm. Very interesting. Less than 48 hours until we ALL know.
7.) I'm getting my hair cut and re-colored! I love getting that done. Darn, that means I'll be at the stylist's until 8 PM or so. Hmmmm... I guess I'm not getting my story done after all. Oh, well. On that note ....
Some Stuff I Don't Like Right Now:
1.) How late it is. Damn it, how did it get to be 12:30 already?
2.) Ear infections. The doctor said I have what's commonly known as "swimmer's ear," which doesn't exactly make sense, since I haven't exposed my ears to strange bodies of water through swimming or "hot tubbing," and I hadn't taken a bath anytime recently before I got this infection. Maybe it could have been caused from phone use? Ew. I think I'm going to clean my phone when I get into the office. Anyway, I have to take ear drops 4 times a day. Suck.
3.) Dentist appointments. I have one later today. I haven't been to the dentist in an embarrassingly long time, since my last dentist was so awful.
