(no subject)
Amber was cremated this morning at a place near Canyon Lake called Paws for Heaven. My mom knows the man who owns that place, and he sent us an email with pictures of the place where her ashes will be. It's such a pretty place, and I know Amber would like it.
Thanks everyone for all the wonderful things you said about her. She was such a good dog, it was impossible to know her and not love her to death. I miss her so much, I still can't believe that she's not coming home...but honestly, all the nice things you guys said really made me feel good inside. I really appreciate it.
Anyway, I'm still kind of alternating between depression and generally feeling numb, so I'm going to stop writing before I start to cry again. Sorry I seem so dramatic right now-that puppy meant so much to me.
