“If that is so, you will rather enjoy this, James. You seemed to enjoy Jack’s contstant humiliation games with you, didn’t you?” Beckett’s eyes trailed down to James’ breaches and he smirked. “Just like dear Miss Swann - fate keeps intervening with both of you and I must function as its tool”
Beckett’s face turned soft: “Tell me James, what’s your place in the world? Who’s tool are you?”
