I first discovered Immi a few years ago, and I was able to see her in concert before I was even really familiar with all of her work. I was blown away the night that I saw her. First of all, she's just adorable. She's funny and goofy and honest. Second, she's ridonkulously talented. That music you listen to? That's all her. She loops and records and hums and claps and re-records and plays the key-tar and slaps her cheeks and plays the piano and plays a garbage can and finds a billion other ways to make amazing music. She also writes it all herself.
