Been a very busy week!
And it's only Wednesday!
Let's seee....
Monday I had work and then I sang at a concert for a dinner that was being hosted for the disabled verterans. I can't remember the name of the foundation (that's so sad but that's how busy i've been) So got up at 5:30 am on Monday morning and got home around 11:00 pm FML. I was so frickin tired.
Tuesday got up at 6:00 am and headed to work, pretty uneventful day there just typed a bunch of crap, and then headed home. Had to track down a black bow tie for Vickie and Sarah Patterson, family friends. Which could not locate my old one anywhere (I had 3 seems I have lost all 3 of them now haha!) so Robert called his dad and he let us borrow the one from his tuxedo so I will have to track down those girls and make sure we get that back. Any who after that I cooked dinner which since I had a game last night had to be quick so I made eggs, turkey sausage, and pancakes I guess it was good the guys practically inhaled it and then we headed off to my volleyball game where things got really interesting.
We played good but still lost but that's not the best part... Picture it: it's the middle of the game and the our captain Cheryl turns to Karen and says "Please stop setting the ball" Cheryl is shorter than I am and I'm 5"2 and Karen is over 6 foot she shouldn't be setting the ball to anybody shorter than her anyways (I still don't think she understands the fundemantels of the game) but anywho as we are getting ready to start another play Karen goes "I don't need this aggravation in my life" and walks off the court!! In the middle of the frickin game!! I could have smacked her lucky for her we had an extra player but if she would have done that and we didn't that would have left us with 5 and a hole in the court. As bad as it sounds I just don't have the same respect for her because I don't care how upset I get and trust me I can get pretty upset I would NEVER walk out on my team like that. So we finished the second game and then did the third still lost cause I think we were a little out of it by then and then I went home and slept.
Now it's Wednesday and I'm at work again and in serious need a nap which I will most likely take when I get home today.
Great news is my Momma comes home tonight!!!!!!! :D and I will be waiting up for her :D I've really missed her!
