A titilating weekend

Originally uploaded by Greenery. The past few weeks have been quite nice: the DC trip was interesting, then Jess & Ginna were in town for a brief spell. Memorial day pool party, that was fun. Last Friday I went on the art walk through a few downtown galleries. Lump was nice, and Design Box was even better. On Saturday I got to spend some time with an old crush. The thrill! We shall see what happens with that. Finally, last night I saw the Big Lebowski at Kings. It's been ages since I last saw it. What a blast. I had forgotten so many good parts. Maybe I should put Barfly on my netflix list. That's another fave that I haven't seen in awhile.
All in all, I'm feeling upbeat.
But, I do have a twinge of queasiness: I decided to give up on the dream of defending in August in favor of pushing things back until September or so. Then, I found out that I get my last pay check at the end of the month. Yikes! I need to figure out if I can be a teaching assistant in zoology before I have my panic attack.
"Titilate" is such an awful word. It smacks of something smarmy.
