Time for some knitting babble
Feel free to ignore me.
I've finished the first of the Jaywalkers for my mom. I was hoping to have them done to take to lunch at her house tomorrow, but unless my children and other responsibilities magically vanish, that ain't happening. But I like them and it appears as though I will have enough left to complete the second sock, so that's a bonus. Go With the Flow is coming along nicely too, I'm uncertain whether I should call Jen and have her measure her foot, her feet are only a tiny bit bigger than mine, so I'm thinking I'll just go with that and keep the surprise. I love the colour of this Fleece Artist though. My Pink Granite medium weight STR that I bought on Ebay came last week and I bought 2 colours of Lorna's Laces on the weekend. I'm hoping they will be here today, not that I will be knitting with them anytime soon, but I want them here. I'll take a group shot of the lovelys after they have all come home.
I'm hoping to have some time tomorrow to go out and get the barbeque, chances are it won't be until Monday though, hopefully they won't sell it on me.
