ok day. estie left for israel. ahhh i'll miss her mucho. she was like "what am I going to do without you" and I was like "I have no idea" and then I was like "what am I going to do without you" and she was like "sit in your room and listen to bare for 11 days." she knows me so well.
I really can't stand dan salter. I don't know if it's just me, but he's so close minded, when I worked with him today I really almost cried.
btx was really fun. I was paired with luke and jonah and it was cool. we did improv stuff, which I'm awful at.
ms.guzzi wants to enter one of my poems into the minatour (sp?). the poems ok.
T h i s c i t y :
the
constant
sound
e m a n a t i n g
from the streets
below
the sidewalks
filled with life
m u s i c
from the performers
grabbed from their hearts
crowned for a small fee
tossed carelessly
into a guitar case
v i b r a t i o n s
felt from beneath our feet
from the subway below
grinding the platform
t a x i s
beeping and honking
at each other
as though they were enemies
forced to play fair
p u t t o g e t h e r
this city:
a symphony
of untuned instruments
played haphazardly
yet melodically
I now have to do my entire social studies project and write a monologue for english. any suggestions??
