Someone give me a letter. First comment gets it. I will then post 10 things that mean something to me that start with that letter and explain their significance. After I post my letter and you want to play, comment to request a letter.
I will give you a letter, you will post 10 things in your journal that start with that letter and explain their significance.
Who's want to play?
*Edit*
Jason gave me J. So here goes!
Jason: It's hard to explain, but for the past like 5 years Jason has been my best friend. I know that we've kind of drifted as of late, but through thick and thin, Jason has been there for me, and I know he will continue to be for many years to come. I've always felt that I could come to him with anything, which I can't say about many other people. He means the world to me and I love him!
I bet you all think I'm going to say Jared, but you all know my feelings for him and his significance in my life, so I'm not going to dive into that.
Jack (my nephew): There is just something about this kid, this little 3 year old, that makes my heart melt. In the time I have lived with him and his family, I have become his favorite person for unknown reason. I love being able to share in his innocence, his imgination, his love, and be a daily part of his life. For the longest time, I had always wanted to feel connected to my nephews like I was/am with my nieces, and Jack fulfills that.
Jesus: I owe so much to Jesus... it's still humbling to think that He died for me, even when I am unworthy of His love. Jesus has brought such joy to my life; through the people I have met, the experiences I have had and the love I have felt in my heart.
Janis Joplin: When I was growing up, my dad always said that I had hair like Janis Joplin. May not be exactly flattering, but I know it's a memory I will carry with me of him for years.
Jeans: I really hate shopping for jeans. UGH. It's near impossible to find nice jeans in my size and length that I like and fit into my budget. I wish jeans were cheaper. And I think stores need to stock short people jeans. Not regular, not long, SHORT.
Josh Groban: I found a song that he sang with Charlotte Church called the prayer, that is absolutely beautiful. I would love to go to one of his concerts, he has such an amazing voice. I love men that sing!
Jellybeans: A given I know, but I hate them. Can't stand them. They don't taste good, sorry.
JJ Smith: Kind of was a horrible time for me. 4th and 5th grade were pretty good, and I still keep in contact with my teacher, but 6th grade was... not good. Between the teasing and being laughed at for a variety of things, my family was dirt poor and I'm sure my parents were close to having CPS called. I try not to think of that time in my life very often.
Jaws (the movie): I recently saw this movie for the first time, and to be honest... not sure why this movie is a classic. Not scary.. pretty much at all.
"Jesus Take The Wheel" by Carrie Underwood: I don't care what anyone says, I really like this song and the message it gives. I remember the first time I listened to it and realized how much it parelled my own life and beliefs. Just give the wheel of your life to Jesus and you'll be ok. How can a song about something so vital to a Christian/anyone who believes be so bad? I like it.
