holiday season already??

feels like just yesterday it was Christmas '07
Lookin' forward to '09
I've decided to leave NYIT, and officially transfer to Five Towns
I'm really excited about this because although I do have a nice group of friends at NYIT,
Five Towns was my first choice in High School and I second-guessed myself and went to NYIT.
I also feel like I'll just have alot more fun there, academically and socially.
I will miss NYIT though, it's got such a nice campus expecially in the Fall and Spring.
I'm lookin forward to seeing everyone again once they come home.
This has been one of the first times that alot of people didnt come home during the semester.
I think winter break is gonna be real fun this year
(hard to believe its only like 6 weeks away) DAMN!
Band schtuff is as good as can be expected,
replacing Mike was hard to do but in the end worked out nicely.
Can't wait to get out and play shows again with the new tunez.
We've decided to give up on finding someone to actually be legit about recording us,
and DIY it and buy equiptment ourselves and turn JJ's entire house into a studio over the course of the next few months,
and finally get our CD done and out.
Looney Tunes said they'd let us sell our CD there, who knows maybe people will actually buy it!
Election is tomorrow
(technically today is Monday, it's 12:49 am)
I sincerely hope Obama wins.
Enough on that matter.
I gotta get into the holiday mood.
Conor Oberst recorded a Christmas album with Bright Eyes a few years back,
I strongly suggest you download it and take a listen, it's got some real nice covers.
Dustin Kensrue of Thrice also recorded one ths year, I'm gonna pick that up as well
24 days until non-stop christmas music on 97.5. Oh boy.
