LET'S TALK PERCY JACKSON
how did you find out about PJO?: I saw the preview for the movie and what like WHAT IS THIS? IT LOOKS AMAZING, I LOVE GREEK MYTHOLOGY. Then I went out and got the first book from the library (after I saw the movie) and the rest is history.
favorite PJO/HoO characters, and why: I'm in the "norm" when it comes to favorites in this series. I love Annabeth the most. She's just such a BAMF. I love her strength, but then I also love the vulnerability that she tried to hide from the world. She gets to be a strong fighter who doesn't need the hero to save her. I have a lot of feelings about her (and about people who hate her as well). And then I love Percy. Because he's Percy and he's funny and listening inside his head is the best thing ever. I can't imagine the books without him and part of the reason HoO isn't quite the same is because it's missing Percy's little snark comments inside his head! Oh and I also really enjoyed Beckendorf and Sally.
favorite PJO/HoO books, and why: THE LAST OLYMPIAN, LET ME LOVE YOU! Omg, words can't even explain how much I love this book. Sometimes I love it more then Harry Potter, and I really love Harry Potter. I think every book got better as the series went on. And the finale was just perfect. I've personally always been a fan of endings, the last book to tie it together. and the Percy/Annabeth stuff helped a lot as well. But I also loved the fighting the war. After that I really loved Battle of the Labyrinth as well. To me those stick out as the best.
favorite moment from the series, and why: This is such a hard question! There are so many to choose from in the series. Basically any scene where Percy and Annabeth are being adorable, when Percy is being a stupid boy and Annabeth is being awesome, lol. But I really love the scene towards the end in TLO when the world was collapsing and the only thing that really mattered was she was alive. Or the scene where she takes the knife for him and then afterwards when he shows her his vulnerable spot.
the argo ii can't be your only ship in the series. name them!: Percy/Annabeth! They are my OTP, my loves, my bbs, my everything, my I'll cry if they don't get a happy ending...or should I say reunion because I'll have been waiting 2 years for it damn it! I think that PA took over my love so I don't really have anyone else that I hardcore ship, though I enjoy Sally/Paul and I liked Beckendorf/Silena as well.
opinion on the movie(s): I like the movie. I own it and have watched it many a times on DVD. Does it follow the books? No. But I'm just taking it as it's own thing, and I think it's fun. Plus I like Logan and I like Alex. And if it wasn't for the movie, I might never have heard of the book or starting reading it when it did.
rick riordan: trolliest troll to have ever lived, y/n?: YES! I fear for my sanity after any of his books end and I'm sitting on edge worried about what is going to happen in Athena and my mind is jumping to the worse conclusions possible, especially after his I HAD TO END THE BOOK THERE comments.

AND FINALLY
tell us about your journal: Mostly random mix of things going on in my real life, wishing I could travel, talking about tv shows and flailing about what I'm currently obsessed with at the moment, and then random memes I post, plus a sprinkling of graphics I've made for the land communities I'm in, which is right now only at 1. I'm trying to get back into posting more.
