I just got the third book, so good timing! :D

Angst: Philonecron drags Charlotte's body away, declaring in a sickly sweet voice, "I told you she wouldn't bother us any more, Zero!" and Zee just stands there, trapped in his own body with just his anguish and rage for company.

AU: "So you're not my cousin?" Charlotte asks, her heart leaping in her chest as Zee shakes his head; "Of course not, Char," he replies. "I'm your brother."

Crackfic: "At least you make a good looking girl," Charlotte says consolingly, and Zee just glares at her, wondering why he's always the one the immortals pick on.

Crossover: “I heard you met my dad once," Percy says casually, and she and Zee trade nervous looks, hoping he didn't hear about the yacht too.

First time: Zee quickly learns that Charlotte and football don't go very well together, but the sight of her grass stained and bleeding knees make up for the rubbish game entirely.

Fluff: "How is it that we manage to save the world - not once or twice, but three times - but we still can't get dates for the prom?" Zee asks, exasperated, and Charlotte shrugs, suggesting, "We could always go together. I think that's what everyone was expecting anyway."

Humor: "Bloody Americans, don't know how to handle their bloody liquor," Zee grumbles, Charlotte wrapped around him like an eel and giggling in his ear like an absolute mad-woman.

Hurt/Comfort: The night before graduation, Charlotte's phone rings at 1 a.m.; "I heard his voice again," Zee says shakily, and Charlotte's out of bed and putting her shoes on before he says another word.

Smut: Zee's hand covers her mouth to muffle her whimper as his fingers slip inside her, and he shushes her, reminding her she needs to be quiet, otherwise her parents will hear; that just makes Charlotte moan all the louder.

UST: He tries dating a redhead once, in freshman year; it lasts long enough for him to mistakenly call her "Charlotte" ten times, even once while they were making out.

AHAHA, excellent. You'll like the third book, I think. It very subtly thumbs its nose at the whole Percy Jackson premise as much as it lends itself to a dozen and one possible crossover plots. It's win.

AS FOR THESE SENTENCES, YES. YOU ARE BRILLIANT. And these maybe possibly be the only Chronus Chronicles fanfiction on LiveJournal. I'm very proud of you.
