Would he really? [She doesn't believe that at all. How can Draco possibly be alright without the aid, love, and affection from his mother? Her eyes don't leave Draco and holds his hand close to her heart. What is he thinking of right now? Does he feel lonely? Is he cold?]

They often wake up with some stiffness due to lack of movement. They might also be a little confused until they are told how much time has passed. As far as we know, they continue to dream even in this state.
