Odd day shopping
Odd day today really. I got up and almost immediately fell back into bed as the whole world spun around me. I've had dizzy before, especially after drinking but the world has never spun on it's own before. After gathering my thoughts for a bit I tried getting up again and again got the impression that everything was spining violently around me. When it finally stopped I rushed to the toilet and threw up. I still don't know what happened but I've had an ear infection, either way the experience scared me quite a bit.
When I finally did get up the courage to leave the house I popped over to Watford and did some photography and shopping. I've been concentrating on getting my images crisp, or at least in focus by using a smaller apature if possible. The results would never give you a clue that was what I was doing though:

I SMS'd a friend about drinks in the evening but they didn't get back to me and I spent the evening with the Tivo, although with the trip to Watford and the inner ear problem I suppose I shouldn't really have stayed in anyway.
One of these days I'm going to register with a doctor.
