New Studio, Quest for organization and other rewards and frustrations.....
So a month or so ago, my husband got a bee in his bonnet to do his version of Fall Cleaning. This always involved a home project. He travels nearly constantly, and when the weather cools down, he wants to get something accomplished. This time, he picked the closet in my studio - which is really supposed to be guest roon/studio/my office. Mind you, this is a TINY room. Since we moved in, two years ago, it has basically been an oversized storage closet. But it was MY storage closet, and I could find almost anything in a minute or two.....
Fast forward - he decides he is going to go buy a closet organizer (it only had one lame shelf) to help me to get started. Now we both know that I and we, need a lot more than that. He comes home with the shelf system (including a section for long hanging items - every other closet in the house does not have a "long" section except the coat closet....) adn some organizer boxes etc from IKEA. Did I mention my husband rocks?? Will write more in the next post.....
