Blaise. Blaise. Blaise.

I was going to write fic, but I found I couldn't seem to start until I did this & I've spent an inordinate amount of time on this & I'm still not sure I've found what I'm looking for. I'm so hard to please. ;)

my search for Blaise (in pictures) (hbp spoliers) )

half blood prince, harry potter, blaise

If he was just a bit younger I'd be so with you there. Then I would (almost) not have to choose, but... Maybe I can use him in a future fic or something.

Spoilers everywhere! femmenerd July 20 2005, 05:15:25 UTC
Sigh. I have resigned myself to the fact that it is my own fault that I have not read HBP yet that I cannot click on ANYTHING on the internet without getting spoiled. So now I know that Blaise is black.

Kinda messes with your whole JRM thing, eh?

I agree with whoever said that the guy who played Gunn on Angel would be good, but the boy needs some hair, perhaps.

Ack! omg. I'm sorry! greenapricot July 20 2005, 13:57:24 UTC
My world is so HP centric at the moment that I forgot there was anyone who might be reading this that hasn't finished the book. that's not much consolation though I suppose. :( You do find out in the beginning of the book though.

Yeah, but that's the only thing it messes with, personalilty wise he's spot on (to what I'd come up with). & I don't think that's strictly a spoiler 'cause nothing changed.

I really can't get my mind behind Gunn (that's J. August Richards, right?) with the lack of hair. Also, the eyes are wrong. I'm picky. I do think I've found him though, on the other Blaise post, but don't go over there yet there's more spoilers than just his skin colour in the comments.

Go read the book. Now. It is the best one yet.

Don't sweat it, love. As I said, it's my own fault ( ... )

I have to read young adult fiction and ignore you
I totally did that on Saturday. I was about 100 pages from the end when people appeared & I was like 'hi, good to see you glad the drive from NY was uneventful but I have to finish my book before I hang out with you'. I did actually try to not read it for a bit but gave up when I couldn't follow the thread of the conversation for all the wondering what was going to happen next. :)

You could always bring the book to the wedding. ;) I know what you mean though. I didn't finish OotP until four days after it came out & I felt like I had to ignore all of the internet or else ruin it.

ps: I randomly ran into your brother the other day through a lattice of coincidence and wrong directions.
