Hey! Just wanted to say I friended you, based solely upon the fact that I lurve your title and because your icons are class itself. Colour me shallow.
Moreover, I have read 'Cinema' and 'Of Hate and Humidity' (although I probably got the titles wrong...damn my sieve-like brain), and I liked them very much. Their best point is the whole *atmosphere* thang, greatly helped by the famous run-on lines. Plus, after Draco/Harry I love Blaise/Draco best, thanks mainly to an amazing fic I read once called 'Holy Wine'. I have respect for anyone who can do what you did with 'Of hate', that is, carry a story on a person's feelings (or hatred).
ANYway, to end this rather pointless whatever-this-is-called, go on with the good work.
heh. I spend a ridiculous amount of time make icons (many of which never even get used) so it's quite nice to have them appreicated. And I wouldn't color you shallow for that, I'd color you having good taste. ;)
I don't think I could get away from the atmoshpere if it wanted to, so very pleased that it works. I too used to be very much the H/D shipper, but B/D has completely take over at this point (Blaise tends to have that effect on things). And Holy Wine, yes I know that fic, jingdono's writing is lovely. Ya know it's funny, it seems to me that everything I write is based on a feeling or a random description and just. yeah. Yeah, that was the first fic I ever read that approached the whole erotica scene, and it's a brilliant one to ease you into it, because it's so lovely. Yours are too, and I plan to read them all as soon as evil things like doing my mother's housework and her evil bans on internet time can be vanquished.
Yes, it is indeed Death of Rats!! Isn't he a beaut? I found him at the bookicons community, he was made by randompenguin (that's a livejournal head thing, but I'm replying by email). He just da bomb.
